  • Customer browses products and adds desired items to cart.
  • Customer proceeds to checkout page.
  • Customer logs into their account or registers a new account.
  • Customer enters shipping and billing details.
  • Customer completes payment using available payment methods.
  • Order is successfully placed after payment confirmation.
  • Invoice / Order Confirmation is generated and shared with customer.
  • Order enters processing and shipping stage.

3. Payment Security

4. Invoice Generation

Upon successful payment and order confirmation, customers receive an invoice and order details for their purchase. The invoice may be shared electronically through email, customer dashboard, or other digital means.

5. Offline / Store Purchase Flow

  • Customer visits KS Kravings store, office, or authorized sales point.
  • Customer selects required products.
  • KS Kravings staff supplies the products directly to the customer.
  • Customer completes payment through accepted payment methods.
  • Invoice / Bill is issued to customer after successful payment.

6. Payment Verification

KS Kravings reserves the right to verify payments, customer identity, billing information, or transaction authenticity before processing certain orders.

7. Failed Transactions

If payment fails but amount is debited from the customer account, customers are advised to wait for bank reconciliation timelines. In eligible cases, refunds shall be processed automatically as per banking and payment gateway procedures.

8. Legal Compliance

All transactions and payment procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, taxation requirements, and e-commerce regulations.
