At KS Kravings, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering premium quality food products with transparency, hygiene, and reliability. Please read our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.

As many of our products involve food items, packaging, and processing activities, orders enter fulfillment procedures immediately after confirmation.

2. Cancellation By KS Kravings

In certain situations, KS Kravings reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product Out Of Stock
  • Unserviceable Delivery Location
  • Technical Errors
  • Payment Verification Issues
  • Unexpected Logistics Restrictions
  • Incorrect Pricing Due To System Errors

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and the full payment amount shall be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy

Returns shall be accepted only in cases where damaged, defective, leaked, tampered, or incorrect products are delivered to the customer.

Due to the consumable nature of food products, returns shall not be accepted for change of mind, taste preferences, or any other reasons unrelated to product damage or delivery errors.

4. Open Box Delivery Verification

For quality assurance and delivery verification purposes, open box delivery verification may be conducted by the courier or delivery partner at the time of delivery.

The courier or delivery personnel may verify the package externally and confirm whether the correct product has been delivered to the customer.

If the product is found to be visibly damaged, tampered, leaked, or incorrect during delivery verification:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product shall be uploaded by the delivery or courier partner for verification purposes.
  • The damaged or incorrect product shall be returned back to KS Kravings.
  • The customer may refuse acceptance of the damaged package.
  • After successful verification, a refund or replacement shall be processed.

5. Damaged Or Defective Products

If customers receive damaged, defective, leaked, tampered, or incorrect products after delivery, KS Kravings may provide a FREE replacement or refund for the affected product after verification.

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with proper photo or video proof for verification purposes.

6. Replacement Conditions

Replacement or return requests may be accepted only if:

  • The issue is reported within the specified time
  • Original product packaging is retained
  • Clear evidence of damage or defect is provided
  • The complaint is found genuine after verification
  • The product is unused and not consumed

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the customer’s bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Minor packaging variations not affecting product quality
  • Delay caused by courier or external circumstances
  • Change of mind after successful order placement
  • Products already opened, consumed, or partially used
  • Failure to provide valid proof of damage or issue

9. Food Product Safety

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened or partially consumed food items are generally not eligible for return unless there is proven quality damage, contamination, or manufacturing defect.

10. Legal Compliance

This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy is governed by applicable Indian consumer protection laws, food safety regulations, and e-commerce guidelines.
